The idea of the Big Soci­ety has been tit­il­lat­ing many in the Third Sec­tor since the Coali­tion was formed. The Average Work Force

The aver­age work force recently has become a bru­tal strug­gle for sur­vival. Peo­ple are no longer safe in many jobs due to finan­cial dif­fi­cul­ties, lack of con­trol in what goes on in the out­side world beyond the office walls along­side the high expec­ta­tions that are, to be quite frank, becom­ing more stren­u­ous as the years go on.
