What type of business is Future Arts?

Future Arts is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales number 6507844. We are completely independent, not owned by the Government, education bodies or profit making companies.

Are you a social enterprise or a charity?

The company is a social enterprise, as Future Arts re-invests all of its profits in improving and extending our programmes which support and give hope to young people facing disadvantages. We are not a registered charity with the Charities Commission. However, we are fully recognised as charity by HMRC for tax and gift aid purposes.
